feat: add 404 page with full-screen hero and webp illustration bc6c3718df

- add src/404.njk with permalink /404.html, layout default.njk
- full-screen cosmique hero using 404.webp (starry sky illustration)
- embedded <style>: minimal scrim, gradient title, two CTAs (primary + ghost)
- responsive: clamp font-size, word-break for variable-length heading
- accessible: aria-labelledby, decorative elements aria-hidden, prefers-reduced-motion
- convert src/_assets/img/404.png to 404.webp (PNG removed)

refactor: move 404 styles to dedicated 404.css b5ed14dc04

- extract inline <style> from 404.njk into src/_assets/css/404.css
- include 404.css conditionally in default.njk (same pattern as audit.css, carnet-de-fiches.css)

fix: replace literal colors in 404.css with tokens 0cad1c63a4

- add 404-specific tokens to tokens.css (colors, gradients, shadows, filter)
- update 404.css to use only var(--...) — no literal hex or rgba values

fix: restore 404 tokens to tokens.css, remove local scope e003807032

- 404-specific tokens belong in tokens.css alongside other page tokens
- remove duplicate local variable declarations from 404.css
